scala-tools.org nexus upgrade

Just a reminder.  Tomorrow nexus is going down for a bit.

Who does this affect?

• Publishers will be unable to publish new artifacts (Scala nightly snapshot should be unaffected as this happens before the downtime).
• Users who point directly at http://nexus.scala-tools.org rather then http://www.scala-tools.org/ for their repositories.

What do I need to do?

• Avoid any http://nexus.scala-tools.org access until the maintenance is complete
