Typesafe repo unavailable

The repo's availability seems to be intermittent, sometimes returning
a 503. (Hoping someone from Typesafe sees this)

excerpt:

[503 Service Temporarily Unavailable]

maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
