Scala Eclipse Plugin FAQ started

Hi folks,

I've broken the ground on a long overdue FAQ for the Scala Eclipse plugin here,

At the moment this isn't publicly editable, but with any luck it
should be possible to change that. In the meantime if you have any
frequently asked questions (and answers!) that you'd like added,
please post them to scala-tools [at] listes [dot] epfl [dot] ch or mail them directly
to me and I'll put them up.
