Eclipse plugin update sites are broken

The eclipse plugin update sites at:

http://www.scala-lang.org/scala-eclipse-plugin
http://www.scala-lang.org/scala-eclipse-plugin-nightly

Are broken.

They return a 403 Forbidden error. Sounds like the permissions need to
be checked.
