Should the 2.7.3-rc1 tag be failing tests?
I'm getting the following:
[partest] testing: [...]/files/neg/bug1017.scala [FAILED]
when i try to recreate a distribution on the 2.7.3-rc1 tag. My build environment is Ubuntu 8.10 + Java 1.6.0_10. Should this be happening?

Josh,
There are a few known issues with partest in 2.7.3.RC1; the problems should
be confined to the testing framework, however, while the compiler should
actually be ok (hopefully). We should have partest fixed in the next RC.
