RE: Eclipse Scala IDE 2.0.0 (RC3) for Scala 2.9 and 2.8 is out

Could you elaborate on what problems are caused by using the Java Developer’s edition of the Eclipse distribution?

On a fresh machine I downloaded Eclipse 3.7.1 (Indigo) I used the “Java Developer’s” edition. This is a fresh install of Eclipse.

Please use Eclipse Classic instead of the Java package (as written on http://www.scala-ide.org/).
