Fixed Point and Signal Processing Package for Scala

I am looking for a scala package/library which handles either of these
things. I think I read somewhere and might have even downloaded a
scala version of matlab which is not exactly what I am looking for. I
want something relatively lightweight and simple which I can use for a
small project.
